Trans Loyal Development Sdn Bhd Group is a property developer based in Kajang, Malaysia. The Group had a humble beginning, starting off as a construction company in the 1970s, known locally as Lee Brothers Construction. After more than three decades in the construction industry, Trans Loyal Development Sdn Bhd Group ventured into our first property development project in 2002.
Over the years, the Group has developed a number of residential and commercial projects in Kajang, Bangi, Cheras and other parts of southern Klang Valley. Our businesses now span across property development, construction and property management.
