Timing / Shifts: 5.5 Day Week Job Description:
– Review architectural plans and prepare quantity needs
– Estimate quantity and costs of materials
– Prepare contracts and documents
– Set budgets for payments, inventory needs, and materials
– Analyze costs for maintenance and additional building needs
– Track changes in plans or constructions; update budgets
– Act as a liaison between clients and site managers/engineers
– Keep track of construction materials and inventory
– Document progress, materials, and reports on project
– Develop and maintain working relationships with contractors and subcontractors
– Analyze completed projects to determine ROI and compare costs

– Preferably age below 30 years old.
– Minimum Diploma & above in Quantity Surveyor or related courses.
– Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.


Job Type: Full Time
Timing / Shifts: 6 Day Week Job description:
– responsible for supervising a building project
– Ensure a consistently high standard of work is produced in accordance with specification and quality standards through regular quality inspections with sub-contractors. 3. Direct and supervise day to day operations of sub-contractors ensuring appliance of common operational procedures.
– Ensure material requisitions are issued in adequate time to achieve the Construction Programme.
– Ensure all work is completed to programme.
– Liaise with Contracts Manager/Project Manager, Site Manager/Agent, and Contract Surveyor regarding cost control, waste management, variations and confirmation of instructions.
– Perform other ad-hoc duties as be when require.

– Preferably male age below 30 years old.
– Minimum Diploma & above in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related courses.
– Experience in construction site environment is advantage.

Timing / Shifts: 5.5 Day Week Job Description:
– To manage day to day operations of the accounts department
– To manage accounts payable (bill payments, petty cash etc.) and receivable through cash / cheque in a timely manner
– To establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
– To maintain and reconcile cash / financial accounts
– To enforce credit control
– Perform other ad-hoc duties as be when require.

– Preferably female age between 21- 25 years old.
– Minimum Diploma in Account or Business Administrative & above. Fresh graduate also encouraged to apply.
– Computer literate with Microsoft Words & Excel. Proficient in MYOB System is advantage.
– Minimum 1 year experience in developer firm is an advantage.
– Able to converse in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.

Job responsibility:
During the internship period, you will be allocated to account department with tasks as below:
– Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and filling
– Follow up with daily operation matter
– analyse loan and redemption

– Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
– Computer literate with Microsoft Words & Excel.
